Dockem Review: “At first, the fact that the Dockem says it doesn’t grip your device kind of worried me as I was thinking that it could just fall out at any time, but the system in place is truly remarkable. The brackets have been designed in such a way that even if your device falls forward, it will not fall out of the brackets… It’s simple yet brilliant design enables it to hold virtually any device that’s lighter than five pounds (dependant on the quality of the adhesive strips) and thinner than 0.787in so you definitely have a very wide range of products to use with the Dockem… After using the Dockem for the past few days, it is probably the most value for money product we’ve had to review in a while… Bottom Line: The Dockem is a great, new, simple product that, for a very small price, will enable you to save space, have your favourite websites right in front of you without the need of buying a case / stand for your device.”

Dockem Review: “I love the way that the Dockem is designed to work perfectly with the 3M Command Strip. We all know that 3M Command Strip is very reliable. I have no worries hanging my iPad 2 on the wall with Dockem. I’m very confident that the 3M Command Strip will keep Dockem and my iPad on the wall for as long as I want. The 3M Command Strip is able to hold up to 2kg load. I don’t think there’s a tablet that is heavier than 2kg. If your Tablet is more than 2kg, then I guess you should get a lighter tablet…”

Dockem Review: “But you’re wondering, how it really works. The truth? Great! We got a few of these from Dockem (Thanks Colby!) and went mad with our gadgets. After successfully docking an iPad (1st Gen), Kindle, iPhone, Droid and even a friend’s Netbook for the hell of it, the experience was flawless. The 3M strips provide the hanging magic but they really do a great job… At first blush this may seem high for 2 tiny plastic clips, but when held up against inferior and infinitely more expensive gadget docking solutions and considering that this will work for just about every gadget you own, the value is actually great. I recommend getting 2 or 3. You’ll want to to start wall mounting every gadget once you see how good it looks.”

Dockem Review: “There were no technical issues with the Dockem I could find and I’ll say that it is a solid mounting solution. I appreciate the fact that it uses standard off the shelf Command adhesive strips so that if you did need to remount it, you only need to head down to your local store to pick up new adhesive…”
